FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
Erik is a licensed professional engineer, professional land surveyor, certified water rights examiner, LEED accredited professional, and certified general construction inspector with more than fourteen years of experience ranging from utility and drainage projects to highway and bridge projects. Erik serves on the City of Bend Traffic Safety Committee and is a member of the Central Oregon Chapter of the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon. In his free time he enjoys watching and playing sports of all kinds and spending time with his family.

Project Engineer
Trevor is a professional engineer (PE) with ten years of experience ranging from civil design, surveying, and GIS to on-site construction engineering and Public Works inspection. Trevor’s experience includes construction management and inspection, telecommunication infrastructure construction administration, and municipal water, sewer, and roadway inspection and field engineer services. In his free time Trevor enjoys riding his motorcycle and world travel.

Accounting, Operations Manager
Mary has over 17 years of experience in accounting. With a Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in Managerial Economics Mary is able to combine both accounting and economic principles to provide effective results. She enjoys spending time with her two young children and serves as PTO Treasurer at their elementary school.
